Leadership Mastery Certifications

The Leadership Mastery I Training certification is granted for demonstration of the competencies of having an understanding of the first principles as believers in the faith and of building strong families and godly households according to biblical standards and sound doctrine.  

The leadership training is designed for the following:

• Individuals who are wanting to grow and mature more in their faith
• Men and women who want to grow in their ability to lead their families well according to biblical roles
• Small group leaders and household heads
• Individuals interested in pursuing higher Leadership Mastery certifications as well as the Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate degrees in Ministry or Theology 

General objectives of this program as well as ensuing ministry certifications and degrees:

• Comprehensive development in character, skills, and knowledge for effective ministry.
• Life development and lifelong learning orientation.
• Recognition of and participation in the centrality of the local church in the plan of God.
• Ability to master biblical content, benefit from significant contributions of scholars, and build strategic models of ministry accordingly.
• Develop a foundational understanding through an integrated core of interdisciplinary studies.

The general objective of all Ministry Degrees and programs is to help train those who desire to be part of a leadership and ministry team that is one-minded in ministry, vision, and philosophy. Out of this team would come those who commit themselves long term to local church leadership or those who desire to train to be part of a missionary team involved in planting or establishing churches in other areas.

Specific program objectives of the Leadership Mastery I Training Program:

• Establish and strengthen believers in their faith with the ability to teach and disciple others as well
• Orient individuals and families in an understanding of the household texts in Scripture
• Developing leaders through whole life mentoring
• Prepare individuals for further educational opportunities toward accredited bachelors, masters, and doctorate degrees through the development of lifelong learning habit. 

The Leadership Mastery II training certification is granted for demonstration of the competencies of establishing believers in their faith, building strong families and godly households according to biblical standards and sound doctrine, as well as developing a clear process for interpreting scripture  in order to gain the skill of handling the word with confidence with a vision for the Church and the unfolding of the great commission.  

The leadership training is designed for the following:

• Existing or potential leaders of small groups, churches that meet in homes, and other church ministries
• Elders, deacons, women’s ministry workers, youth and parents church workers, etc
• Individuals interested in pursuing the Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate degrees in Ministry or Theology 

General objectives of this program as well as ensuing ministry certifications and degrees:

• Comprehensive development in character, skills, and knowledge for effective ministry.
• Life development and lifelong learning orientation.
• Recognition of and participation in the centrality of the local church in the plan of God.
• Ability to master biblical content, benefit from significant contributions of scholars, and build strategic models of ministry accordingly.

The Leadership Mastery III training certification is granted for demonstration of the initial competencies associated with being a minister of the gospel (pastor, church planter, missionary) and other ministry leads.  

The leadership training is designed for the following:

• Vocational ministers and pastors
• Pastors, church planters, missionaries, teachers, evangelists, etc. 
• Individuals interested in pursuing the Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate degrees in Ministry or Theology 

General objectives of this program as well as ensuing ministry certifications and degrees:

• Comprehensive development in character, skills, and knowledge for effective ministry.
• Life development and lifelong learning orientation.
• Recognition of and participation in the centrality of the local church in the plan of God.
• Ability to master biblical content, benefit from significant contributions of scholars, and build strategic models of ministry accordingly.
• Develop a foundational understanding through an integrated core of interdisciplinary studies.

• Prepare individuals for future roles in ministry and church planting instilling confidence in their ability to handle the word
• Developing leaders through whole life mentoring
• Master Scripture relevant to church and leadership development, particularly through study of the biblical theology of Acts and the Pauline Epistles.
• Reflect on contributions of leading scholars regarding church and leadership development.
• Complete the competencies necessary to achieve a Certificate of Ministry through the Antioch School of Church Planting and Leadership Development.  
• Prepare individuals for further educational opportunities toward accredited bachelors, masters, and doctorate degrees through the development of lifelong learning habit.
