DISCIPLESHIP PATHWAY

Through our discipleship pathway program, we provide comprehensive leadership development training rooted in the Paul-Timothy model, with a primary emphasis on mentorship as the vehicle for growth. We believe that the most effective way to impart sound doctrine and spiritual formation is through personal, one-on-one relationships where deeper, intentional teaching can take place. This approach not only ensures that our students are grounded in biblical truth but also allows them to immediately apply what they are learning within their own church or ministry context. By integrating both theoretical instruction and practical experience, we aim to equip individuals with the tools they need to lead with wisdom, integrity, and a servant’s heart, fostering a generation of leaders who are both spiritually mature and actively engaged in ministry.

Life and Ministry Development

We collaborate closely with our students, through their mentors, to create individually tailored discipleship plans that address and nurture each dimension of their lives—family, education, work, finances, identity etc.—ensuring holistic growth and development.

Theology Curriculum

Through partnerships with other learning institutions and organizations, our students engage with carefully selected theological materials and books, integrating their learning into a structured pathway that leads toward earning a higher education degree and deepening their theological understanding.

Application

One of the foundational blocks of our program is the application of principles learned from our core modules into our students' lives and ministries; this in-practice model of learning promotes the development of a personal ministry philosophy and strategy, ultimately providing each student with a customized life and ministry map.
