LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Leaders are growing in their ability to lead their households and understand family and church order through the Leadership Mastery I Certification for D0 and D1 levels. Further development in Leadership Mastery II focuses on equipping Deacons, leading women, and future Elders to shepherd small congregations or home church groups who are on D2 level. Advanced training through Leadership Mastery III prepares Elders and Senior Church Leaders, culminating in an accredited Certificate of Ministry who are D3 level leaders.
FAMILY DISCIPLESHIP
We organize family discipleship webinars in collaboration with our global church partners, particularly in Kenya. These sessions provide an opportunity for meaningful discussions on important topics. Additionally, in partnership with Generations, we offer resources for family discipleship as part of our membership programs. To foster continuity and growth, we also have co-op groups that support families on their spiritual journeys.
TRANSLATION PROJECTS
In collaboration with our global church partners in Kenya and BILD International, we have translated the **First Principles Leaders Guide** and **First Principles Series 1, Book 1** into Swahili. These valuable resources are intended for missions and evangelism, reaching not only Kenya but all Swahili-speaking countries in Africa. We are committed to continuing our translation efforts to provide more resources in native languages, empowering millions for the advancement of the gospel.
